Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping to the US for all orders. Expedited shipping options will be available soon. We’re also planning to expand shipping to other locations, including Europe and Canada, in the near future.

Delivery Timeframe

As each product is printed to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, in addition to shipping time. Items are generally delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Return Policy

At Graphique Addictions, we take great pride in providing high-quality, custom-printed products. Since each item is made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their orders, and we will assist you if you receive a damaged item.

Returns for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below to report the issue:

  1. Reporting Timeframe: You must report any damage within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.
  2. Evidence Required: To ensure a smooth process, please provide the following when contacting us:
    • A description of the damage to the item.
    • Clear photos of the damaged item.
    • Photos of the packaging that the item arrived in.
  3. Resolution: If your item is confirmed as damaged, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
  4. Contact Us: Once we review the damage, we will guide you through the next steps to resolve the problem.

Important Notes:

  • Made-to-Order Products: All our products are custom-printed when ordered. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage, including buyer’s remorse.
  • Exchange Policy: In the case of a damaged item, a replacement will be issued, not a refund.
  • Careful Review: Before placing your order, please review the product details, including size and design to avoid any mistakes.
